DEFINING MARRIAGE - Тhe Georgian Dream party prepared and registered a project for a constitutional amendment aimed at changing the definition of marriage in the Georgian constitution and making it gender-specific. The aforementioned definition of marriage as a union between a man and a woman already exists in Georgia’s Civil Code, thus making marriage between persons of the same legal gender impossible.
