According to 13,210 public sector vacancies from Hr.Gov.Ge, the highest paid vacancy, published in December 2013 with the maximum salary of 6,900 GEL, required Certified Specialist's academic qualification, while the maximum salary for the positions requiring Doctorate's academic degree is only 2,900 GEL.
